​Q: Where are you located?

A: Our salon is located in Sandy Springs, Georgia off of Roswell Road.

Q: Do you service children?

A: At this time, we only offer services to adults (18 years and older).

​

Q: Do you service men? 

A. At this time, we only offer services to women.

​

Q: Do you service clients who are relaxed?

A: We are a relaxer-free salon, and only service clients who are willing to transition to 100% natural.

​

Q: What hair care products do you use in the salon?

A: Although, we use a wide range of products, we mainly use (and recommend) Design Essentials and Olaplex.

​

Q: How long does my hair need to be in order to be serviced at your salon?

A: We require our client's hair to be at least ear length, as we do not define ourselves as a short-hair specialist(s).

Q: I am a new client. How do I book an appointment?

A: We're so glad you're interested in The Panache Hair Experience! You can click here to reserve an appointment and complete our New Client Hair Health Profile. If we find we are a great fit, we'll follow up with an email within 24 hours will instructions on how to schedule your Healthy Hair Transformation salon experience with us.

Q: As a potential New Client, why am I required to complete a Hair Health Profile and Client Commitment Agreement form during booking?

A: Having a clientele that aligns well with our salon is crucial. Establishing positive and enduring stylist-client relationships is key. The request form acts as an icebreaker before your appointment, ensuring you and our stylist(s) are at ease and fully prepared before and during your salon visit.

Q: When do new appointments open?

A: Appointments for the upcoming month always opens on the 15th of every month.

​

Q: Do you offer virtual consultations? 

A: At this moment, we do not offer virtual services.

​

Q: Why is there an up charge for having long and/or thick hair? 

A: Although, we embrace all types of hair, it's inevitable to avoid that fact that long and/or thick hair requires additional time and product usage. Appropriately adding this service add-on ensures that appointments do not overlap, and additional product usage is covered financially.
