Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and have not been worn, washed, altered, or unwrapped. Please contact us at support@panachehairexperience.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, all returns are subject to $15 restock fee and $12 shipping fee.
